2024-2025 Season
YEAR-ROUND TEAM

Season Info

Our team consists of swimmers ages 5-18, and of all levels: Novice, Intermediate, and Age Group (Advanced).

  • Our fall season focuses on learning artistic swimming skills and gaining strength & flexibility, while preparing choreography for competition.

  • Our spring season focuses on improving our skills and routines during the competition season, and ending the season with our annual Watershow.

  • Swimmers are placed in routines based on their age group and their experience/level.

Practice Schedules

3 Practices/Week

The majority of our swimmers practice three times a week (Mon/Wed/Sat). Our swimmers see the most growth this way, having more time for land drills (strength and flexibility), poolwork, and choreography.

These swimmers compete in 3-5 meets, at the intermediate or age group level, and perform in our end-of-the-year watershow.

2 Practices/Week

We encourage most of our swimmers to practice at least twice a week (weekday plus Saturday), to get more pool time and opportunity for growth.

These swimmers compete in 3-4 meets at the intermediate or age group level, and perform in our end-of-the-year watershow.

Saturday-Only Swimmers

Ready to try artistic swimming and join our team?

Our beginner swimmers have the option to practice once a week on Saturdays.

These swimmers typically compete in 2-3 meets at the novice or intermediate level, and perform in our end-of-the-year watershow.

Schedule a tryout!
A tryout consists of coming to one of our Saturday practices and showing one of our coaches the swimming strokes you already know. New swimmers need to be able to swim freestyle and backstroke and be comfortable swimming in the deep end. They may have you try a few basic artistic swimming skills too.

After the tryout, the coach will talk to the parent about continuing with the team and give recommendations on whether the swimmer should practice once, twice, or 3x a week.

They will give you the registration forms at that time, and your swimmer will be able to start regular practice the following week!
